During the past week I monitored the amount that I used my cell phone and computer. I realized that I used both of them very frequently, and was constantly texting on my cell phone, or using the computer for both school work and personal use. My cell phone is constantly with me, making it harder to avoid. Communicating through computers and cell phones has become very convinient and is somthing I use consistinly in my everyday life. Technology plays a huge role in society today, and is constantly growing and more people are becoming dependent on their ICT's.

I am Ainsley McHenry. I am from Sarnia ON and have lived there my whole life. I am 21 years old and I am in my third year at Brock University, studying Business Communications. After school I hope to pursue a career in advertising or sales.
